Goal Weight
I hit my goal weight in February - 180 pounds, meaning I lost exactly 1/2 of my body weight. Feels pretty sweet if I'm being honest. This was the February photo I shared with my Macros Inc Facebook group. Not the main group - but they do challenge groups a couple times a year. Last year I participated in both challenges - and it really helped keep me on track. If you're looking to lose weight - and KEEP IT OFF - I highly suggest learning as much as possible about your nutritional needs instead of looking for the next fast way to lose weight. I was already about 50 pounds down when I joined Macros Inc. and hired a coach. I've been with her steady now for 2 years - but it was back in 2019 I think when I first hired her for 3 months - and I really suggest if finances are tight - do at least 3 months and give yourself the very best start you can.
