75 Days Hard
Just got back from a whirlwind trip to Florida - still trying to find "the" area where I would like to spend my remaining days. Started at DeLand, FL where Adam was rowing and worked my way South to West Palm Beach - didn't really find anything that made me go YES - so the search continues !!
While I was in West Palm Beach I was able to meet up with my old trainer - Coach Strauss, and we got a couple workouts in. He challenged me to do 75 Days Hard. I knew a little about it - not a lot - so of course I said yes !! Made a spreadsheet - you can find it here -
If you download it - please save it to your own computer before making changes so that the original stays intact. Complete all blue boxes - pounds or kg - if you choose pounds here in the USA - the KG will go red so you only do one. For Protein range - I follow Macros, Inc - I've had a coach for a few years - it helps. But you can run your Macros for free even without a coach and if you are on FB they have a very active group - if you post your stats and what the Macros were suggested, a coach will come along and either verify them, or change them a little based on your answers to a few questions. Make sure that unless you are a bricklayer or something similar you choose sedate for your job - most jobs are NOT active!! If you do end up getting yourself a coach - I would love it if you said I referred you - I think I get $$ off my monthly rate if I do, but not sure !!
OK - off to read my 10 minutes, plan out my meals for the day - order groceries, and clean the fridge. Goals for the day - and one load of laundry which is already in the dryer ;)
