Mochi Week 8
This is my current setup in my "spare" living room. In the lower right hand corner of the room is my sewing station with my sewing machine, material, cutting boards and ironing station. This used to be the kids "game room" but now that my oldest is gonna be graduating college soon - I'm taking it over. I do need to put down some flooring and re-arrange - that will come. For New Years I bought myself a new Peleton Bike and got rid of the Concept 2 Dyno (left against the wall) so No Excuses.
Oh - AND DRUMROLL - weigh in this morning - down that 2.2 pounds this week hitting a 100 pound goal once again (third times a charm, right?) This is the first time I've done it with medical assistance though (Tirz through Mochi) so let's see how low I can go! There have been rumors about not being able to provide compounded Meds after mid-March, so keeping my fingers crossed. They have made such a difference - when you don't think about food 24/7. I don't think I even realized how much of my overeating was just mental. Love that I'm not constantly thinking about food, and also love that my cravings for all things sweet and sugary and baked have basically vanished. Sure, I still get that intense craving when I smell fresh sourdough baking, but the difference is I can take a slice, smear some butter, take a bite, and be happy whether I finish the slice or not. I can actually throw it away.
Anyway - ordered my next refill - asked to up my dose to 6.6 as I asked for a 3 month supply because of the above rumors (at least I'd be set for a couple months while I tried to find a new supplier). They are also offering 6 month supplies, but I am really worried about the efficiency after storing that long. Funny how if you find something that works well - kinda like the fen-fen of previous years, they make it hard to get. As if the pharms are making enough money already.
