Graduations CONGRATS !!

Sorry I've been MIA - but  2 graduations, 1 Championship Row in the Grand Finals at the Dad Vails Regatta, and tons of driving, but they did it !!!  Leenah graduated with her Masters in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources, and Adam graduated with his Bachelors of Arts in Fine Art and a certificate in digital arts.    A prouder mom could not be found on Mother's Day.

They both wore a stole with the Egyptian flag on it for their dad - I think he was extremely happy, although his knees still bother him.   Knee replacement #1 coming up later in 2025.

Other than driving tons of miles and eating out for every meal for over a week  - I tried to stay up with my meds - although I think I missed a dose.   Either way - I took half a dose today, and I think that's what I'm going to continue doing - taking half a dose every 3-4 days.   It seems to work better for me that way - I never get nasuated, and it doesn't wear off 2-3 days before my next  scheduled injection.   I can see how people gain back though - when I first missed a dose - I could feel the food noise coming back.

Also - back to working out.   Did a body weight workout the other day - took all of 30 minutes - but wow - did I feel it the next day.   Way out of shape compared to where I was, but also in much better shape then when I first started taking this journey - so I'm taking that as a win and getting going.   I have a Peloton, a gym membership, a Concept 2, a tons of hand weights at home - so no excuse.   The pool opens up in another 2 weeks - lets go !!

Current stats - I've lost 5 pounds since my last entry.   Still haven't decided on a goal weight - but I'm thinking somewhere around  190.   When I was younger, my weight stayed at 180 - so I think that used to be a natural set point for me - so maybe I'll shoot back to that.
