Lowest Weight in 30+ years

Yep - still on my GLP-1 journey.   Did a little something different and ordered some Tirz peptides from China.   I've been using direct from Eli Lilly - at the cost of $500 a month.   Expensive yes, but safer than some of the other stuff these pop-up health shops are now selling.

But I'm trying something new - but that'll be another post.  This post is all about changing a mindset.   I'm hardheaded, I'll admit to that.  I like things done right, and right is usually MY way LOL.

These little envelopes ae filled with cold, hard cash.   I don't remember how much - it's been that long.  But I know the smallest bill I used was a $100, and I do think the Sub 2 has a bill in it that was pulled from circulation in 1969 (or the dead one - I'm not sure which).     These numbers represented either State or World records at the time  (I'm old) and I like to aim high.   I was close to hitting the three lifts about 4 years ago when I broke my shoulder.   I know it's not likely that I'll ever get back as strong as I was, and with my shoulder - I don't want to even try, and possibly hurt myself.   But then my Macros Inc Coach said - "why not change them to machine goals"

No way!    I can ADJUST my goals?   I don't just have to give up on these envelopes.  I don't have to tuck them away, only to find them next time I do a deep clean and get depressed all over?
 I can CHANGE!!

So that's what I'm going to do.   Instead of Deads - I'm going to substitute leg press.   She recommended a jack squat machine to replace the squats - which I don't know if my Planet Fitness has one of those, but if not, I'm sure she'll figure out something for me.  But using machines to go heavy - that will take most of the danger of re-injuring myself again.   What a brilliant idea.  So we're going to get some baseline numbers and she'll set a goal for me that she thinks I'll be able to reach by the end of this year, and I'll most likely add 5 pounds to whatever she recommends.   And I'll change those envelopes.   And they'll sit on my desk again, as inspiration.   And that sub 200 ?   I started this journey at 360 lbs - made up these envelopes when I was about 280 - so it seemed almost impossible at the time.   Now I'm the lightest weight I've been in 30+ years - and it's looking like a distinct possibility.
