2025 Final Reflections

It's really been an eye opening week/month/year.   Looks like my final weight loss for the year will end up right around 75 pounds for the year, and 165 pounds total.   Holy fuck batman.   I did it.

I'm not quite done yet.   I've talked to my Macros Inc coach, and we've agreed that I can shoot for another 15 pounds down.   Guess what - that'll be my high school weight.   I'll have lost exactly 50% of my starting weight.   I'll have lost a full person.   May I never find them again.

Macros Inc is starting a new challenge Jan 5th.   Not the 1st, or 2nd, but the 5th.   For 6 months.   If I really, really buckle down, in 6 months I can make huge changes.   I've already told my coach I don't want to win - and I also uploaded photos of veggies to doubly make sure I cannot win - but I can win for myself.  I can sit down and figure out real prizes that I would appreciate and that's what I'm doing.  If you are interested in signing up for coaching - I still have a $50 GC that I can gift you - just shoot me a message.

Some of the new things I'm incorporating:
  1. Journaling - right now I'm working through the Nutrition Foundations class that came with my MI subscription.   Still in the early pages - so nothing new yet, just lots of reflection.
  2. Learning - Also taking 2 courses through MI that are more scientific based.  I'm sure future plans will be to incorporate those lessons with their new onboarded coaches - I've learned a LOT of information, some of which was super surprising.
  3. Peptides - yes, still incorporating peptides in my journey.   Picked up a copy of Dr. Seeds Peptide protocols - things have changed since he's written it - lots more information out there - and it is exciting to see some of these peptides being testing scientifically.  So many places to go to get peptide information - its amazing what they can accomplish.
  4. Mental - going back to Daily Om.   I purchased the course "A Year to Clear What is Holding You Back" and then never even opened it.  More clutter.   For now.   Cause this year I'm using it, I'm going to end up with a clutter free home, and a new gym if things go as planned.
  5. Nutrition - Bringing back Menu Plan Monday.   I'm not sure if Bloggers are still doing it - but come Monday I'll find out.   This weekend I'll sit and make my Menu for Monday!
That's a big enough list for now.   I've made some amazing progress on all fronts in 2025, and I am really excited about what 2026 might have in store for me.

I have set some goals for 2026:

ONE PULL UP
180 pounds
Deadlift 300+ pounds

Reach Goal - deadlift 360 pounds - my starting weight.   How fucking cool would that be?
