Had to make some new goals - because I was already hitting those January goals.
I've actually already hit some of these too - except for the pullup ... still working on that one.
Not sure where I left off tracking my weight journey here - but get this - I am down to 182 pounds. I am 2 pounds away from losing 50% of my bodyweight. Holy shit batman. Who does that? I'll weigh 180 pounds, and I'll have lost 180 pounds. Pretty damn cool.
Still hitting the gym three days a week. Want to see 180 on the scale just once - and then into maintenance through summer. Then maybe another cut - I don't know. But I do know I feel amazing. And it's time to share how I got here.
First - I fixed my nutrition. Macros Inc. - bar none. I've never seen a company that gives away so much for free. Can't afford a personal nutrition coach? Put your info on the main page, and one of the coaches will give you a Macros check and you can go from there. While weekly checkins are personalized like they would be if you had a real coach - the group there is soooo awesome - you could complete your entire journey without a paid coach.
But - if you can afford it - get the coach. First off - they are paired with what you are looking for - not some rando person who has zero care except a paycheck. No - these coaches care. I've been with my coach off and on since 2019 - and I don't waste money - so that's telling you something. She's helped me see what went wrong, how to fix my head about it, drilled into me the importance of sleep - just about all of it - and yes, a female coach - and if you know me - I don't work well with females, but she and I are soooo alike, it's crazy.
Anyway - yep - Macros Inc. I started just fixing my nutrition. You don't have to even work out. Up your steps. Get a stupid pedometer if your watch doesn't track steps. But step one - Up your Steps. If you average 5K, up it to 7K. Try to get as close to 8K as you can. Take a couple laps around your house if you have to !!
Get those two things squared away. We're going to do this step-by-step. Stay tuned.....
