MOCHI Week 4
Weighed in January 1st - 271
That's 89 pounds down from my starting weight 4 years ago, and 5 pounds since starting with Mochi. 5 Pounds in 3 weeks after tracking my Macros pretty faithfully for a year without the scale moving. Now the original 130 pounds I had lost tracking Macros AND exercising - well, I haven't really added back in the EXERCISING part yet, but my son is home from college for just one more week, and even though I KNOW I should be making time for myself, it's hard.
I did pick up this cute Sponge Bob bank while thrift shopping the other day - $5 !! My goal is to stick $25 for every pound I lose this year. So he already has $50 in him, and I'm only .4 lbs away from owing another $25. Not sure how far I can go in one year - but it'd be nice to see a cool $2500 at the end of the year to celebrate with!!
I also took out these envelopes. I made them up with I was working out regularly with my personal trainer - the deal was if he could get me to those goals, we'd split whatever money was in them. I know a couple have $100s in them - I don't remember how many. I may never be able to work back up to the pull up and bench press goals - have to see how the shoulder holds up once I get back at it regularly, but I should be able to squat 150 .... and I don't remember the last time I was in Onederland .... but I'm going visit soon!
