MOCHI Week 11

Actually took a shot late last week - the food noise was breaking through in a big way, so I was planning on taking 1/2 dose on Thursday, but the needle loaded so easily right to the full does, so I just went ahead.   It was still working well when it came time for my normal shot on Saturday, so I skipped it, and just finished off that bottle today (only .20 ml left out of a full .50 ml shot)   That's the extra that Aquita (the pharmacy) sends.   My next bottle is up in strength - 6.6 mg + 1.0 mg / .5ml.

For those new to my blog, I get my GLP-1 from Mochi - it's compounded, Tirzepatide + Niacinamide.   Niacinamide is one form of vitamin B3 (niacin) that plays an important role in energy metabolism and cell health.

The cost of GLP-1s is what stops most people from using this amazing medicine.   For Mochi - I pay $199 every three months just for the "membership", and then $600 for 3 months worth of Tirzepatide.   The membership costs are the same for everyone, but if you go with compounded Ozempic instead of Tirz - it's about half the price.   To start, you can do monthly - which is $197 a month for Tirzepatide (and half of that for Ozempic)   Mochi will also try your insurance company, multiple times if you request it - but even with insurance (mine was denied either way) but even with insurance, some people I've spoken with find it cheaper to pay the cash price from Mochi.   Save $40 and use my code.   Then promote you own code to save an additional $40 per person that uses your code.   If you order 3 months at a time, they'll stack them and allow you to use $100 off.   I don't promote mine much, I don't want everyone in Facebook land to know I'm on the meds to start with, so I don't have referrals waiting for me, but if you use mine - I sincerely appreciate it!   Give $40, get $40 using code

Weight loss has slowed.   This week - not even a full pound - lowest was 256.2 (was up to 256.8 today, but knew it would be - late dinner)   That's 19.6 pounds lost in 77 days ....   That's 1.8 pounds a week - a healthy rate and sustainable.    Oh, and this weeks photo - new paint !!  For 20 years we've lived here I've hated the paint/ floors, lots of it - and now, slowly, I'm making it mine.   This French Grey paint is perfect - real hardwood floors going down in a couple weeks - and Contractor Maxie is overseeing the entire job!   See you all next week :)
